1About these terms
These terms apply to BankingBro (bankingbro.in, "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a product or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BankingBro.
2What we provide
BankingBro offers online preparation material for banking exams: mock test series, PDF courses and time-limited plans (such as combos and the All-in-One plan) that unlock a set of this content. Some tests and classes are free. BankingBro is an independent platform and is not connected with SBI, IBPS, RBI or any exam-conducting body.
3Your account
- Give correct details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let others use your purchases.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password safe.
4Prices and payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown before you pay. Discounts and coupon codes apply only as stated.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Access is given once your payment is confirmed. If the payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact us with your payment ID.
5Access and validity
- Each product or plan gives access for the period shown on its page at the time of purchase. Access ends when that period is over.
- We may update, add to or improve content (for example, to match a new exam pattern) during your access period.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6Fair use of content
All tests, questions, solutions, PDFs and videos on BankingBro belong to us or our licensors. They are for your personal study only. You must not:
- copy, resell, upload, share or distribute our content, including downloaded PDFs;
- share your account or sell access to it;
- use bots, scripts or other tools to copy content or disrupt the website.
If we find misuse, we may suspend or close the account without a refund.
7Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep questions, answers and exam information accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. Our material is for practice only and we cannot guarantee any result in an exam. Always check official notifications for exam dates, eligibility and pattern.
8Limitation of liability
BankingBro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect loss, such as a missed exam or a lost opportunity, arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use BankingBro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
