Account details: your name, email address and phone number when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Study activity: the tests you attempt, your answers, scores, time taken and the courses you open, so we can show your results and analysis.
Payment records: the product you bought, the amount, and the order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not stored by us.
Technical data: basic information such as your browser, device and IP address, which our servers record to keep the site working and secure.

To create and manage your account and sign you in.
To give you access to the test series, PDF courses and plans you have bought.
To show your scores, rankings and performance analysis.
To process payments and handle refunds or payment problems.
To reply to your questions and send important updates about your account or purchases.
To prevent fraud, account sharing and misuse of the website.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service:

Razorpay, to process your payments.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Hosting and technical service providers who store and run the website for us.
Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

5Cookies

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. If you block them, you may not be able to sign in or use your purchased content.

6How long we keep it

We keep your account and study data while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even if you delete your account.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No website can be completely secure, so please keep your password private and do not share your account.

8Your choices

You can view and update your profile details from your dashboard. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, contact us at contact@bankingbro.in or on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.
